a new skill for all

How do I create a new post?
Miss mel might not be joining us...she's been downgraded to dial-up and lacks the patience. i am encouraging her to link her upgrade to hi-speed with a weight goal achieved - i believe she's fighting me on this!!!!
and miss jodi - i'm not sure. does she blog?
ok - fighting with the freakin easter candy today as i fought with my freakin wireless router and modem -- when in the world did i become capable of manually entering ip address, subnet masks, dns and it's altnernate - what the freak is dns anyway?? ok - totally rhetorically, i really don't want to know the answer -- my brain can only hold soooo much computer info in one day!!!!!!
bfast pretty good 4 (cereal & milk)
lunch 6 (chinese leftover & tort chips)
din din 7 (salisbury steak, mash potatoes, cauliflower and salad)
snack 3 (1 mini pb cup & bag of lt popcorn)
only took the popcorn, cause i really wanted the candy...cause computer was driving me up a wall!!
so for the day 20 (man, how did i do that!)
only 2 waters, 5 f/v, 1 milk
