But i did it yesterday and today - because my pants are tight - and I am tired of feeling bad - and not doing anything about it. So I will get on the dang treadmill again tomorrow. I am trying to get that "IT" feeling back again!!!

Except no treadmill - DDR is the way i'm going. I've got the good bra on today, so i better not let that go to waste!
PS: taxes are done and in the mail (with our stupid checks) but that excuse is OUT the door!

i'm on exercise day 4. a new thing for me. Two days on the treadmill, one day of aerobic class and one day of walking. tomorrow is another day and i plan on going to the class.
