So, wasn't going to bother to post what i ate yesterday, feeling fine...but than i remembered who am i kidding -- i really did notice all those blts, just did not bother to account for them (cause you know it's just one day) but if i ignore what happend yesterday, it will only get worse today! and why were there blts? if you are asking, i will answer...because my lovely monthly visitor is coming soon, and somehow my mind justifies a little more here and there...
bfast=4(yogurt, fiber one bar)
lunch=7(hard boiled egg, honey wheat pretzels, salad with taco pizza slice)
dinnner=7.5(1 1/2 c pasta, 1/3 c canned sauce with meat, broccoli)
snack=1(mini pb cup)
