Choices to make with red light foods:
1. Eliminate it for NOW (definition of now = this week, i will make another decision next thursday)
2. Bring it into the house in single serving containers (use ziplocs if no 100 cal pack exists)
3. Go out to have a small serving (out could be a restaurant, or mom's house, neighbors)
We control the food, the food does NOT control us!

thanks for the notes! good class tonight... especially for us concrete sequential people!
so how did my day end...pretty well (as i sit here with a chocolate melting in my mouth)!! but it's accounted for and after class, posting, eating dinner - i cleaned up the easter candy. two very full gallon size ziploc bags, but now that it's out of sight i feel encouraged.
yes, it is thursday but you know my motto...
bfast=4(honeycombs, milk)
lunch=7.5(egg salad-shocker with all the eggs in my house-,kidney bean mix on my salad, tortilla chips, salsa
dinner=9 (hamburger helper, lt bread, lt butter)
snack=4 (my 1 mini pb cup, before class, and an assortment of choc right now)
then it is off to bed for me to dream about my next mini pb cub tomorrow ;)
